Welcome to the hibj platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hibj and its users. When you browse this site, create an account, or use any of our services, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

A personal account is required for full participation on the hibj platform. Each individual may operate only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will be considered a violation of the Terms.

2.1 Registration Information and Accuracy

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, true and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed and any pending winnings may be cancelled. The following information will be required for registration:

• Full name (as per national identity card).
• Date of birth (for age verification).
• Valid mobile number.
• Email address.

2.2 KYC Verification

hibj may request identity verification (KYC) at any time if needed. This process may require submission of a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Completing KYC may be mandatory before withdrawal.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. hibj is not responsible for any loss arising from misuse of an account.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. hibj reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.

hibj provides the facility for financial transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services and banking channels. All transactions are completed through secure SSL encryption.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from another person's account are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
• Bank transfers may take somewhat longer to process.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Funds that are part of a pending withdrawal request cannot be used for betting.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hibj offers new users a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The terms for accepting and using this bonus are as follows:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from completed wagering will be withdrawable.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
• After accepting the bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, hibj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.2 VIP Program and Cashback

hibj's VIP program has 5 levels. Weekly cashback is available at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Using multiple bonuses at the same time may not be possible unless specifically permitted.
• hibj reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion without notice.
• Bonuses may only be used in hibj's approved games and betting sections.
• Transferring a bonus to another user is prohibited.
